Abstract | This paper is an experimental and theoretical study of the permeability reduction of snadpacks caused by solids generation and migration. Two solids, calcium and barium sulfate crystals,w ere inejcted into a generated within the sandpacks by chemical reaction. We found that we could simulate the effluent concentrations, including the produced solids, with a fractional flow model for solids migration. |
